We will always provide a replacement, refund, or repaired product for you under warranty conditions. We may also provide a refund in other situations, at our discretion, where you request to return a product.
- In the case of online order, after receiving the Product than customer has to inform us within 24 hours via our hotline service.
- The Product is in its original packaging (intact) and no seal is broken (unopened)
- The reason for return has to be valid and return acceptance conditions met (check on below)
- Delivery of the wrong item
- Delivery of faulty Product
- Delivery of products with missing parts
- Incorrect content on the website

RETURN/REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE MAY NOT APPLY IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING CONDITIONS:
- Damages due to misuse of the product
- Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed
- Products with tampered or missing serial / UPC numbers
- Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer’s warranty
- Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
N.B: Replacement of the product is subject to availability of the same on Computer Solutions Inc.
Under what circumstances will I receive to a refund, repair or exchange?
Where goods you purchase:
- have a fault you did not know about when you bought it.
- are not as advertised or do not match the sample.
- does not do the job you were led to believe they would.
- does not last a reasonable amount of time, given the price you paid.
In addition to these circumstances, we may also provide a refund or exchange at our discretion when you make a reasonable request for us to do so. We are flexible in this regard and will look at each request on a case by case basis.
In most cases we will refund in the same way you paid. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement item, partial refund, exchange or store credit. Below are the refund modes initiated by us for various payment options:
If Credit card, Debit card or Internet banking was used as the mode of payment while placing the order, your refund will be credited back to the respective credit/debit card/internet banking account provided at the time of placing the order. We initiate refund within a maximum of 4 working days after receipt of the product by us or our business partner. However, it may take up to 7-10 working days for the respective banks to process the refund and reflect in your credit/debit card statement or internet banking account. If the order was placed using payment option as Cash on Delivery, Cash Before Delivery, Cheque or Demand Draft, we will refund your money through a cheque in favour of the “billing name” provided at the time of placing the order.
If you have used a “Computer Solutions Inc.” Gift Certificate / Gift Voucher for placing the order, refund would be provided only in the form of a fresh “Computer Solutions Inc.” Gift Certificate / Gift Voucher of the same value. The same cannot be redeemed either in cash or cheque.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item;
- Shipping costs are non-refundable;
- If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
