Refund & Return Policy

1. Customers are advised to inspect the product thoroughly at the time of delivery. If the item is found to be defective, damaged, broken, or incorrect, it should not be accepted. Please check the product in the presence of the delivery personnel to ensure it is correct and in good condition. If the product is accepted and signed for without reporting any issues, no return or replacement requests will be accepted afterward.

2. Computer Solutions INC follows an Exchange or Replacement policy. If a customer reports a defective, damaged, broken, or incorrect item at the time of delivery, the company will replace it with a correct, brand-new product or offer an exchange for another brand-new item of the same price range.

3. If any issues arise during product usage and the item is covered by a service warranty, brand warranty, or both, customers may claim warranty support directly through the respective service or brand provider.

4. Once a delivered product is returned, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days.
